Message from the Universe:
"There are days—sometimes even weeks—when everything feels absolutely perfect in every single way. All things are exactly as they should be, enfolding you in love and peace. I didn’t tell you they’d all be like this, because some things you simply have to experience to believe." The Universe has a way of surprising us with its perfect timing and boundless creativity.
In this one lifetime alone, many of us cover more spiritual territory than most do in a thousand lifetimes. Like Secretariat thundering down the track, our souls are moving faster than we ever imagined possible. If you’re reading this, you probably already sense it. The acceleration is real, and it’s exhilarating.
My Inner Child whispered a simple yet profound message during quiet time: “Trust Me.”
That little voice inside knows the way. When doubt creeps in or the path feels uncertain, returning to this trust brings immediate calm. Our inner child holds the pure, unfiltered connection to Divine Source that we sometimes forget as adults. Listening to her (or him) is one of the most powerful metaphysical practices we can embrace.
To help us remember to call upon our angels and ascended masters, it’s beautiful to surround ourselves with gentle reminders—angel statues, inspirational posters, crystals, or sacred images on our altars. These visual anchors gently nudge us to invite heavenly assistance throughout the day.
The more we consciously connect with these loving beings, the more supported and guided we feel. They are always ready to help shift our energy toward greater love and joy.
A Course in Miracles reminds us: “Ultimately everyone must remember the Will of God, because everyone must recognize himself. This recognition is the recognition that his will and God’s are one.”
And further: “Christ is in me, and where He is God must be, for Christ is part of Him.”
These truths anchor us in the knowing that we are never separate. Our highest will and Divine Will are one and the same. When we surrender into this recognition, life flows with greater ease and purpose.

Never waste precious time and energy wishing you were somewhere else or doing something different. Accept your current situation with love. You are exactly where you are, doing what you are doing, for very specific soul lessons.
These circumstances have been lovingly provided so you can learn what you need as quickly as possible and move onward and upward along your spiritual path. Life becomes full of excitement and expectancy when you step fearlessly into the unknown, guided and companioned by the Divine. Fear not—I AM with you always.
If you want to change what or who you attract into your life, simply hold more positive, loving, and joyful thoughts. The ascended masters and angels are always available to assist with this beautiful shift.
Visualize and affirm only what you truly desire. As you do, you become a magnet for higher experiences. “For evil men will be cut off, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land” (Psalm 37:9). Hope, faith, and joyful expectation are powerful creative forces.
One of the most exciting discoveries I’ve integrated into my daily practice is the connection between meditation and telomere health. Telomeres are the protective caps at the ends of our chromosomes. Shortened telomeres are linked to aging and many age-related conditions.
I now include a specific invocation during meditation: calling Divine Love and Light to illuminate, heal, elongate, and enliven my telomeres. Research from UC Davis’s Shamatha Project and other studies has shown that meditation can increase telomerase activity—the enzyme that helps repair and lengthen telomeres.
Another beautiful practice is Kirtan Kriya meditation. Sitting comfortably, chanting Sa Ta Na Ma while touching each fingertip to the thumb in sequence for just 12 minutes daily has been shown in studies to improve memory, increase blood flow to key brain areas, and support cognitive function—even in those with mild memory concerns.
Any form of meditation benefits the body and brain. The brain truly loves it!

For over a year I have used an expanded meditation that calls Divine Love and Light into specific areas of the brain and body. I set a timer for 20 minutes and silently invoke:
Divine Love and Light illuminate my crown chakra… corpus callosum… thalamus… hypothalamus… pituitary… amygdala… pons… cerebellum… pineal gland (the cave of Brahman, just behind the spiritual eye)… occipital lobe… parietal lobes… temporal lobes… frontal lobe… spiritual eye and sixth chakra… ear chakras… throat chakra… heart chakra… solar plexus… second chakra… root chakra… and the chakra extending into Divine Mother Earth.
I continue, illuminating nerve pathways, circulatory system, respiratory pathways, digestive fire (agni), lymphatic system, and every level of my physical body down to the DNA. Then I expand the light into my etheric, aura, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
I affirm: “I am a spiritual sphere of light expanding and connecting with other spheres of love and light. I am a lightworker.”
Bringing awareness to my heart, I repeat “Love is Who I am” and send love to God, Goddess, Holy Father, Divine Mother, Lakshmi, Ganesh, Aphrodite, Eros, Kali, Shiva, and Shakti. I rest in the sacred silence of the heart until the timer sounds.
This practice has dramatically accelerated my spiritual growth and increased kundalini energy, bringing profound transformation. The pineal gland—often called the seat of the soul—responds beautifully to this light, helping bridge the physical and spiritual realms.
In meditation I often feel most comforted when I have sensed God and I meet forehead to forehead. Recently I understood why more deeply after reading Sonia Choquette’s description of a traditional Maori welcome: touching foreheads and sharing nose-to-nose breath as an ancient way of greeting spirit to spirit. It is deeply healing.
This simple gesture reminds us that true connection happens beyond words—soul to soul, Divine to Divine.
From *The Way of Transformation* by Karlfried Graf von Dürckheim:
“The man who, being really on the Way, falls upon hard times… will seek out someone who will faithfully and inexorably help him to risk himself, so that he may endure the suffering and pass courageously through it… Only to the extent that man exposes himself over and over again to annihilation, can that which is indestructible arise within him. In this lies the dignity of daring.”
Practice teaches us to let ourselves be moved, broken, and battered—not to avoid discomfort, but to discover what lies beyond the world of opposites. Meditation becomes the means by which we welcome the “demons” from the unconscious and allow contact with Divine Being to become firm and stable.
Ramakrishna’s experiences beautifully illustrate total surrender and divine play. He assumed the attitude of a tiger to devour ignorance. He saw the universe filled with sparks of fire, glittering with light, or made of liquid silver. He realized God had become everything—the universe, all living beings, and the cosmic principles.
Sometimes he behaved like a child, a madman, or an inert person—experiencing the full range of divine states. His journey shows us that when we open completely to the Mother, She reveals Herself in countless forms and leads us through every necessary experience.

My quiet time continues to reveal that we are deeply loved, guided, and supported. Whether through messages from the Universe, the gentle voice of the Inner Child, scientific confirmation of meditation’s healing power, or the ancient wisdom of saints and sages, one truth remains constant: Divine Love and Light are always available to illuminate every cell, every thought, and every step of our journey.
Trust the process. Accept where you are. Keep invoking the light. And remember—you are covering sacred territory at exactly the right pace for your soul’s highest unfolding.
