As I transitioned into meditation, an intuitive thought arose about my solar plexus chakra. Unbeknownst to my conscious mind, I had wrapped both arms around my midsection, cradling this energy center with instinctive care. I paused, sending waves of love to my solar chakra, feeling it respond with a soft, warming glow.

Visiting "my throne of power" from The Castle suddenly made sense—this was my solar plexus chakra, the seat of personal power and identity. And Grandfather Tobacco's protective energy? It manifested in my arms wrapping around myself, a loving shield opening the doorway to this inner realm with humility.

To deepen my understanding, I inquired further and learned more about the solar plexus chakra, known as Manipura in Sanskrit, meaning "lustrous gem." Located in the upper abdomen, it governs personal power, self-esteem, willpower, identity, and even the digestive system. Integrating these into my routine feels like the next natural step, especially with The Star's promise of renewal on the horizon.
